If you join the Reader List
Your email address goes to MailerLite, the service that runs the list, and nowhere else. Joining is double opt-in: you confirm from your own inbox before anything is ever sent to you. The list is used only for King Legacy news — new releases, excerpts, and offers. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops the emails. Your address is never sold, rented, or traded. Not to marketers, not to anyone.
If you leave a voice note
The recording happens in your own browser, on your own device. This site does not upload, store, or listen to your note. You download the file yourself and you choose whether — and where — to send it. If you never send it, it never leaves your phone.
If you vote in a book poll
Your pick is saved in your own browser on this device so the page can show you your choice. Anonymous totals go to site analytics. No name, no email, nothing that identifies you.
Site analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits, pages read, and button taps in aggregate — which doors readers use, never who they are. Analytics uses cookies; you can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work. The email signup form may also set cookies so the form works correctly.
Buying books
This site has no accounts, no cart, and no checkout, and it never asks for payment details. Books are bought at retailers such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Apple Books, and Kobo. When you follow a buy link, that retailer's own privacy policy applies to your purchase.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from the Reader List at any time from any email. To ask what information connected to you this site holds, or to have it deleted, write to hello@kinglegacybooks.com.
Changes to this policy
